I thought LOTR got something like seven nominations or something? I forgot for which award though. And if I’m not wrong, it bagged five of them. Or at least ROTK did.

Yeah, I think it did. What I am saying is that it is us, the fans, that keep our favorite movies alive! LOL I dunno, someone may like “Casablanca” a lot! rolleyes

No. If we don’t have the key, we can’t open whatever we dont’ have that it unlocks. So what purpose would be served in finding whatever need be unlocked, which we don’t have, without first having found the key what unlocks it? ~ Captain Jack Sparrow

I think part of the problem with later movies was the screenwriter ... he has a huge responsibility, and if he flubs it, the entire movie suffers.  No matter how good acting or directing, if the screenplay stinks…

Too right. If the dude can’t write, than why do anything with it?
